Dehydrated dates:
Agave syrup:
Avocado:
Banana
Cocoa powder:
Coconut oil:

Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in the hand blender glass. You can also add cardamom seeds and vanilla sweetener, to taste.
2. Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
3. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag (or use a plastic bag with a hole in it if you don't have one).
4. It will be ready to eat in 3 or 4 hours when served in glasses with toppings of your choice on top, if desired.
