Ingredients

Oatmeal:
Hazelnuts:
Pumpkin seeds:
Sunflower seeds:
Agave syrup:
Hazelnut butter:
Vainilla:
Cocoa powder:

8.5 oz / 240 gr.
1 unit
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
4 oz / 110 gr.
3 oz / 85 gr.
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Combine the hazelnut cream, syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa, and salt in a bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed (do not use a blender).
2. Stir in the hazelnuts, seeds, and oats until well combined.
3. Spread it evenly across a baking tray covered with parchment paper after transferring it there.
4. Bake for 10 minutes on medium heat; remove, stir on the same paper, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
5. After removing, transfer to a bowl, add the seeds, and stir once more to incorporate.
