Ingredients
Chocolate:
Organic eggs:
Egg whites:
Dairy yogurt:
Orange:
Oat flour:
Cocoa powder:
Baking powder:
Protein powder:

2 fl oz / 60 ml
2.5 fl oz / 80 ml
1 unit
2 oz / 65 gr.
1/2 oz / 20 gr.
3 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
Instructions
1. Pour the chocolate over.
2. Beat the eggs and Egg whites together with the melted chocolate.
3. Stir in the yogurt once more.
4. Add the orange pieces (optionally you can add some of the peel).
5. Everything should be thoroughly mixed to a uniform consistency.
6. Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
7. Mix thoroughly after adding the dry ingredients to the initial mixture.
8. Transfer the blend into a mold (greased).
9. Bake at 190ºC/375ºF for 35 minutes.
10. Take it out and allow to come to room temperature.
