Ingredients

Egg whites:
Oat flour:
Chocolate:

8 fl oz / 240 ml
1 oz / 30 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.

Instructions

1. In the bowl, add the Egg whites and oat flour.
2. Whisk well.
3. Put a frying pan over medium heat and distribute a little oil or butter on the base, so that the dough does not stick.
4. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan.
5. Cook on both sides, and when it's almost done, add an ounce of chocolate in the center.
6. Fold it in half and set the heat to low.
7. Wait 2 minutes for the chocolate to melt a bit and remove; Repeat to make the remaining crepes.
