Olive oil:
Sugar:
Vegan milk:
Chocolate chips:
Wheat flour:
Baking powder:
4 fl oz / 120 ml
5 oz / 150 gr.
2 fl oz / 60 ml
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
7 oz / 200 gr.
1 tablespoon
Instructions
1. Beat the oil and sugar together in a container until fully combined. If you have vanilla essence, add a small amount.
2. Beat once more after adding the vegetable milk.
3. Stir in the flour gradually (sifting it).
4. Gently stir in the chocolate chips. Add some dried fruits as well.
5. Refrigerate for forty-five minutes.
6. After that amount of time has elapsed, take the dough and use a spoon to form balls.
7. Transfer to a parchment paper-lined or greased baking sheet.
8. Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 12 minutes.
9. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
