Ingredients

Oatmeal:
Baking powder:
Sesame seeds:
Olive oil:
Cocoa powder:
Peanut butter:
Banana:
Chocolate chips:

4 tablespoons
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
1 unit
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. In the hand blender glass, grind the sesame seeds.
2. Add the oats, cocoa, yeast and sugar and grind again.
3. Add the peanut butter, water and banana cut into small slices.
4. Beat well until well integrated and a thick cream forms (not manipulable with your hands).
5. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, pour spoonfuls of the preparation forming the biscuits.
6. Garnish with the chocolate chips and reserved sesame.
7. Bake in the oven (preheated) for 15 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
8. Allow them to cool at room temperature.
