Ingredients
Peanut butter powder:
Chocolate:
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Instructions
1. In a bowl, put the peanuts, chocolate, sweetener to taste and 1.5 fl oz of water.
2. Mix well until a consistent dough is formed.
3. Roll it into balls until you run out of dough.
4. Place them on parchment paper or an air fryer-safe container.
5. Place in the air fryer at 200°C/390ºF for 6 minutes.
6. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
7. Melt the chocolate and bathe.
8. Put them in the freezer for a few minutes and they are ready to eat.
