Instructions
1. Boil the soybeans for 5 minutes; then strain it, let it cool and squeeze it a little to drain it.
2. Put it in a bowl and add the juice of two medium lemons; Wait half an hour.
3. Cut the tomato, cucumber and onion into cubes, and put them in a bowl.
4. Add the soy with the lemon and the rest of the ingredients; Mix everything together and keep in the fridge until consumed.
