Ingredients

Garlic:
Onion:
Cooked chickpeas:Psyllium:
Lemon:
Cheese-flavor seasoning:
Nutritional yeast:
Agar-Agar:

1 clove
1/4 unit
6 oz / 180 gr.
1 teaspoon
1 unit
2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
3 gr.

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients in the blender with the lemon juice until a creamy consistency is achieved.
2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan set over medium heat. When the mixture begins to boil, stir constantly for three minutes before taking it off the heat.
3. Transfer the blend into a mold that has been oiled (silicone molds don't require oiling).
4. Allow it to come to room temperature.
5. Put in the fridge for three hours.
