Chickpea and garlic bread

Chickpeas:
Garlic powder:
Yeast:

7 oz / 200 gr.
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. In a container with plenty of water, soak the chickpeas for 12 hours.
2. Drain the chickpeas and transfer them to the blender.
3. Add 1.5 fl oz of oil, 4 fl oz of water, yeast, and garlic powder.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold (greased or with parchment paper). Add your preferred seeds on top.
5. With the oven preheated, bake the bread for 30 minutes at 355ºF.
