Instructions
1. Cook the cashews, in boiling water, for 3 minutes.
2. Take them to a bowl and grind them very well.
3. Add the dates, raisins, sunflower seeds, walnuts and peanuts.
4. It integrates everything very well.
5. Transfer the dough to a pan, previously greased.
6. In another bowl, whisk together the chestnuts, the juice and zest of one lemon, the milk and coconut oil, 50 g of sugar, the vanilla and a pinch of salt.
7. Pour the cream into the mold over the base.
8. Add the jam of your choice on top.
9. Let sit for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
