Ingredients

Lemon:
Egg whites:
Fresh cheese:
Dairy milk:

1 unit
17 fl oz / 500 ml
4 oz / 120 gr.
4 oz / 120 gr.

Instructions

1. After grating the lemon peel, transfer it to a bowl.
2. Add your preferred sweetener, egg whites, and lemon zest.
3. Once combined, microwave for three minutes.
4. Take out of the microwave and put in a bowl.
5. Add milk and cheese and stir. Add some cheesecake flavoring, if you have any.
6. Spoon the batter into a mold. Add cookies and jam as garnish.
7. Before eating, place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
