Cheese sticks with polenta

Ingredients

Instant polenta:
Nutritional yeast:

7 oz / 200 gr.
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Bring 13.5 fl oz of water to a boil in the pot.
2. Thin the nutritional yeast with 3.5 fl oz of water in a glass (you can use cheese seasoning).
3. Add the polenta to the boiling water and stir until all of the liquid is absorbed.
4. Add the glass of water containing the yeast at this point, and stir for an additional minute.
5. Spoon the mixture into a mold. Using a spatula, compact the bottom portion by pressing it down.
6. Pour some olive oil over it and place it in the air fryer for eight to ten minutes.
