Cauliflower:
Wheat flour:
Cornstarch:
Vegan milk:
Achiote:
Paprika:
Soy sauce:
Garlic:
Orange juice:
White vinegar:
Sugar:

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, milk, annatto, paprika, a little salt and 1 cup of water.
2. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and pass it through the previous preparation.
3. Bring them to a frying pan, over medium heat, with a little olive oil, until cooked.
4. In another bowl, grate the grated garlic.
5. Add the soy sauce, orange juice, vinegar and sugar.
6. When the cauliflower is cooked, pour the sauce over it.
