Cauliflower Mozzarella-Style Cheese

Cauliflower:
Plant-based milk:
Tapioca starch:
Plant-based milk:
Nutritional yeast:
Lemon juice:

12.5 oz. / 350 gr.
4.5 fl oz / 140 ml
1.5 oz. / 45 gr.
4.5 fl oz / 140 ml
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon

Instructions

1. Cook the cauliflower in plenty of water until it's soft.
2. Transfer the cauliflower to the blender, add the rest of the ingredients, 1 tablespoon of salt and process until you get a homogeneous mixture.
3. Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
4. Pour the preparation into the saucepan and stir while it cooks.
5. When bubbles form in the preparation, it will be ready.
6. It's ideal for use on pizzas, lasagnas or pasta.
