Ingredients
Cassava:
Cocoa cream:
Sunflower oil:
Cinnamon:

2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions
1. Peel the cassava and cut it into pieces.
2. Cook until soft.
3. Let it cool to room temperature.
4. Process until you get a kneadable consistency.
5. Form the dough into a ball and flatten it with a rolling pin.
6. Shape it round like a pizza.
7. Pour the chocolate cream covering the entire surface.
8. Cut strips and fold them over themselves, forming a spiral.
9. Transfer the spirals to a baking tray, previously greased, brush them with oil on top.
10. Bake at 160ºC/325ºF for approximately 30 minutes.
11. Once the spirals are ready, sprinkle them with cinnamon on top.
