Instructions
1. Peel the carrots and round off the ends.
2. In a pot, add plenty of water and bring it to high heat.
3. When the water starts to boil, add the carrots and cook them for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the carrots from the water and set them aside.
5. In another container (with a lid), mix the rest of the ingredients, add paprika, salt, and spices to your taste.
6. Once the ingredients are completely integrated, submerge the carrots in the sauce and let them marinate (covered) in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
7. After this time, heat a pan over medium heat, add a little olive oil, the marinade, and carefully, the carrots.
8. Cook for 5 minutes, making sure they brown evenly.
