Carrot:
Grated coconut:
Organic eggs:
Dairy yogurt:
Oat flour:
Baking powder:

5 fl oz / 150 ml
1 oz / 35 gr.

Instructions
1. Wash, peel and grate the carrot.
2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Set 1 fl oz of yoghurt aside.
3. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe pan.
4. Microwave for 5 minutes.
5. Remove and pour the yogurt on top of the cake.
