Ingredients

Carrot:
Organic eggs:
Oat flour:
Almond flour:
Erythritol:
Olive oil:
Dairy milk:

1 unit
2 units
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
1 oz / 20 gr.
1 tablespoon
3 fl oz / 85 ml

Instructions

1. Add the carrot, egg, milk, flour, taste-adjusted sweetener, yeast, and olive oil to the blender. Mix thoroughly.
2. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin that has been lightly coated with shortening or olive oil (if you have muffin papers, you can use them on the tins, and what you will grease will be the inside of the papers).
3. For three minutes, microwave.
4. You can use cream or additional toppings to decorate.
