Instructions
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients, except the oil and carrot.
2. Grate the carrot and add it to the preparation.
3. Mix well until combined.
4. Pour the oil into the pan and bring to medium-high heat.
5. Divide the mixture into portions and fry them until evenly browned.
6. Let it rest on absorbent paper.
