Ingredients

Carrot:
Chickpea flour:
Organic eggs:
Baking powder:

2 oz / 55 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.
1 unit
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Peel the carrots, cut them into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
2. Add the chickpea flour, egg, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
3. Blend very well until completely integrated.
4. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
5. Check the doneness. If it's not ready, microwave it at an additional 1-minute interval.
