Instructions
1. Cook the potato and carrot; Strain them and transfer them to a container.
2. Mash them into a puree, add the spices and mix them together.
3. Add the cornstarch and integrate it.
4. Form balls and cook them in a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil (on all sides until golden brown).
5. Add the soy sauce and white wine and mix.
6. Finally, add the sauce of your choice, such as basil pesto, and mix and cook for 5 min.
