Organic eggs:
Soy yogurt:
Rice flour:
Oat flour:
Baking powder:

2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions
1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
3. In another container, combine the yolks, flour, baking powder, 50 g of your preferred sweetener, the carrot, and a splash of vegetable oil. You can optionally add orange zest.
4. Add the whipped egg whites and carefully mix (without a mixer).
5. Mix in the nuts until fully integrated.
6. Grease a cake pan and pour the mixture in.
7. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
8. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
