Instructions
1. Bring a frying pan to medium heat and add a little olive oil.
2. Chop the onion and add it with the garlic powder.
3. Cut the tofu and zucchini into squares and add them to the pan.
4. Add the artichokes.
5. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir constantly.
6. Add 3 cups of water. Cover the pan.
7. After 10 minutes, add the buckwheat (previously washed and drained).
8. Stir and cook (with lid) for 15 minutes.
