Broccoli:
Paprika:
Olive oil:
Vegan parmesan:
7 oz / 200 gr.
1 tablespoon
1.5 fl oz / 50 ml
2 oz / 50 gr.
Instructions
1. Combine olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste to make the dressing.
2. Trim the broccoli of 'the saplings'.
3. Lay out the parchment paper on a baking sheet, separating 'the saplings' from one another.
4. Use the bottom of a glass to flatten them.
5. Apply a small amount of dressing to each sapling using a brush.
6. Add some Parmesan cheese to every 'sapling'.
7. Bake at 180ºC/350ºF for 10 minutes.
