Bread muffin with cheese

Ingredients

Egg whites:
Onion powder:
Oat flour:
Hard cheese:

2 fl oz / 65 ml
5 gr.
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
20 gr.

Instructions

1. Whip the Egg whites until stiff.
2. Add the onion and flour and mix in an enveloping way.
3. Pour the mixture onto greased parchment paper.
4. Grate the cheese and put it on top of the bread.
5. Microwave for 1 minute.
6. Run it in the air fryer for a few seconds to crisp up the cheese (Optional).
