Banana:
Grated coconut:
Chocolate:

4 oz / 120 gr.
4 oz / 120 gr.
1 oz / 30 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork until pureed.
2. Add the shredded coconut and sweetener (optional).
3Mix well until it forms a dough.
4. On a baking sheet, put a parchment paper.
5. Form small balls with the dough and put them on the paper.
6. Crush all the balls, shaping them into a biscuit.
7. Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes (or until crispy).
8. Melt the chocolate and dip half of each cookie.
