Ingredients

Black beans:
Mushrooms:
Oat flour:
Soy sauce:
Paprika:

8.5 oz / 240 gr.
8 oz / 220 gr.
1 fl oz / 30 ml
1 teaspoon

Instructions

1. Place all the ingredients in the hand blender glass.
2. Mix thoroughly.
3. Form into six patties and arrange on parchment paper or a baking sheet that has been oiled.
4. For five minutes, preheat the oven to 200ºC/390ºF. After that, add the burgers and bake for half an hour.
