Ingredients
Cooked chickpeas:
Organic eggs:
Cocoa powder:
Baking powder:
White chocolate:
7 oz / 200 gr.
4 units
3 oz / 90 gr.
10 gr.
3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients except the white chocolate in the food processor and blend until you get a homogeneous consistency.
2. Transfer the mixture to the donut pan and bake at 180°C/350ºF (preheat the oven for 10 minutes) for 10 minutes.
3. Melt the chocolate and dip the doughnuts halfway.
4. Add cocoa on top.
5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
