Ingredients

Beetroot:
Tofu:
Coconut milk:
Garlic:
Lemon:
Nutritional yeast:

7 oz. / 200 gr.
7 oz. / 200 gr.
13.5 fl oz / 300 ml
2 cloves
1/2 unit
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. In plenty of water, cook the beetroot until it's soft.
2. Transfer the beetroot to the blender, add the rest of the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Process very well until you get a homogeneous sauce with a beautiful pink color.
