Banana-almond cake

Ingredients
Baking powder:
Organic eggs:
Almonds:
Cooked chickpeas:
1 teaspoon
3 units
1 oz / 25 gr.
4 oz / 110 gr.
Instructions
1. Drain chickpeas and mash them in a container with the remaining ingredients.
2. Add the lemon zest and, optionally, sweetener of your choice.
3. Transfer the mixture to a cake pan.
4. Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 45-50 minutes.
5. Allow to cool and enjoy.
