Ingredients

Red cabbage:
Onion:
Tomato:
Garlic:
Red pepper:
Nuts:
Sriracha:
Vegan milk:

Instructions

1. Slice the cabbage and arrange it on a baking sheet that has been coated with oil.
2. Cut the veggies into small pieces and arrange them on the dish.
3. Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 30 minutes.
4. After that, put all the veggies—aside from the cabbage—into a processor and blend them along with the almond milk, sriracha, and coconut milk. To taste, add more salt and pepper.
5. Top the cabbage with the sauce and serve.
