Ingredients

Tiger nut bagasse:
Oatmeal:
Vegan milk:
Banana:
Olive oil:
Brown sugar:
Cinnamon:
Baking powder:
Chocolate:
Coconut oil:
Peanut butter:

Instructions

1. In the blender bowl place the tiger nut bagasse, oats, plant-based milk, sliced bananas, olive oil, sugar, cinnamon and yeast.
2. Whisk well until you get a thick and homogeneous cream.
3. Transfer the mixture to two molds (half in each).
4. Place in a preheated oven, and cook for 30 minutes at 350ºF.
5. Remove and let cool completely.
6. In a bowl, melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in a double boiler until it is well liquid, and add the peanut butter, and mix well.
7. Garnish the two preparations with the chocolate peanut butter.
