Nutritional yeast:

Olive oil:
Lemon:
Basil:

Instructions

1. In the hand blender glass, combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, ½ tsp salt, and ½ tsp pepper. Process until smooth.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and artichokes.
3. Blend until a uniform, spreadable consistency is achieved.
4. Transfer the pâte to a covered bowl. Store in the refrigerator.
