Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix 7.0 fl oz of egg whites, 15 g of oat flour, 20 g of protein powder, and, if you have it, a little vanilla or caramel essence.
2. Make balls with the dough and shape them into an arepa.
3. Bring the pan to medium heat, add a little oil or butter, and add the arepas one by one. Let it brown on both sides, as if you were making pancakes.
4. To make the filling, use another bowl and mix 15 g of oats, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 1 tablespoon of protein powder, and 1.5 fl oz of milk.
