Apple tarta tartin

Ingredients

Apple:
Erythritol:
Organic eggs:
Oat flour:
Caramel:

2 units
1 tablespoon
2 units
2 oz / 50 gr.
2 tablespoons

Instructions

1. In a frying pan over low heat, put the erythritol and caramel. Integrate them well.
2. Cut the apples into slices and add them to the caramel.
3. Cover the pan.
4. In a bowl, crush the eggs, oatmeal, and, if you have leftovers, apples. You can add cinnamon and sweetener (Opconal).
5. Pour the mixture into the pan and cover again.
6. Cook for a couple of minutes.
7. Remove from the heat and, with the help of a plate, turn it over.
