Instructions
1. In a hand blender glass, put the apple, yogurt, eggs, cornstarch, flavor to taste and sweetener to taste.
2. Crushes well.
3. Take an oven-safe pan, grease it with olive oil and put a little sweetener on it.
4. Pour the mixture into the mold.
5. Add apple slices on top.
6. Bake at 190°C/375ºF for about 45 minutes (to see if it's ready, prick with a stick; the stick should come out dry).
