Apple:
Dairy yogurt:
Organic eggs:
Erythritol:
Corn flour:
13 oz / 350 gr.
13 floz / 350 ml
3 units
1.5 oz / 40 gr.
3 oz / 80 gr.
Instructions
1. Use a hand blender to combine all ingredients.
2. Grease a mold before pouring the mixture.
3. Place apple pieces on top of the preparation.
4. Bake for 45 minutes at 190°C/375ºF.
5. Allow it to rest at room temperature.
