Almond cookies with chocolate

Ingredients

Almond flour:
Oat flour:
Soy yogurt:
Chocolate:

2.5 oz / 70 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.
3 tablespoons
2 oz / 50 gr.

Instructions

1. Combine the yogurt and flours in a bowl. As needed, add sweetener.
2. Blend thoroughly.
3. After slightly moistening your hands, shape the cookies onto a baking sheet (grease it beforehand or use baking paper).
4. Bake for fifteen minutes at 180°C/350ºF (preheated for ten minutes) (or until golden brown).
5. After removal, allow to reach room temperature.
6. Bathe after melting the chocolate.
