Dehydrated dates:
Almonds:
Cashews:
Lemon:
Maple syrup:
Coconut cream:

Instructions

1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 30 minutes.
2. Place the almonds, dates, and a small amount of salt in a container. Continue processing until a paste is produced.
3. Flatten the bottom of the dough after placing it in a cake pan. Put aside in the refrigerator.
4. Process the cashews, coconut cream, lemon juice, and maple syrup after that.
5. After pouring the mixture over the first preparation, return it to the freezer for a few hours.
6. You can skip this step if you'd like. Blend one cup of your preferred fruit with a cup of plant-based milk, then cover cheesecake with the resulting mixture. If so, you will need to freeze it for an additional five hours.
