Ingredients

Egg whites:
Oat flour:

10 fl oz / 300 ml
20 gr.

Instructions

1. In the mixer, add the flour, Egg whites and 2 fl oz of water.
2. Whisk well.
3. Put a frying pan over medium heat with a little olive oil or butter.
4. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the pan and distribute the mixture in a circle.
5. Cook on both sides, as if you were making pancakes; When the edges start to lift, you can turn it over.
