Non-shrimp crepe

Ingredients

Seafood-flavored seasoning:
Textured soy:
Whole wheat flour:
Garlic powder:
Shrimp-flavored seasoning:
Chickpea flour:

1 tablespoon
2 oz / 50 gr.
2 oz / 50 gr.
1 teaspoon
1 tablespoon
1 oz / 25 gr.

Instructions

1. In the saucepan, cook the textured soybeans in plenty of water. Add the prawn seasoning.
2. After it boils for 5 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
3. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, chickpea flour, ago powder and seafood flavored broth.
4. Pour in water little by little and mix until you get a 'beaten egg' consistency.
5. Drain excess water from the soybeans.
6. Integrate the soybeans with the flour preparation.
7. Bring the pan to medium heat and add a little olive oil.
8. Pour in enough preparation to form a thin layer.
9. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
10. Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture.
