Egg whites:
Oat flour:
Baking powder:
Onion powder:
Chia:

2 fl oz / 60
1/2 oz / 15 gr.
1 unit
3 gr.
3 gr.

Instructions

1. In a bowl, put all the ingredients.
2. Mix well.
3. Bring the mixture to the pan over medium heat for 1 1/2 minutes on each side, or until you see that it is cooked.
