Beans falafel

Ingredients

White beans:
Garlic:
Parsley:
Bread crumbs:
Flax flour:
Cumin:

2 cups
3 cloves
1/2 cup
1 cup
1 tablespoon
3 teaspoons

Instructions

1. Let the beans soak for 24 hours.
2. Drains very well.
3. Take them to the blender and process until you get a smooth paste.
4. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients and beat until you get a dough.
5. Take portions with your hands and form falafel balls.
6. Drizzle with a little oil.
7. Bake for 10 minutes at 350ºF.
